M40 - Road: Follow M40 (Oxford). Off at Junction 8. Follow A40 (Cheltenham) to Burford. Follow signs to Bourton-on-the-Water. When In Bourton-on-the-Water follow signs into the village centre. Cross over Kings Bridge (adjacent Riverside Coffee House) into Victoria Street. Follow the road for 200 yards and take the 1st turning left into Clapton Row. Broadlands Guest House is on your right, opposite The Potteries.
